First month of 2025 with good news.
Very nice to notice that our managing partner, Adriana Barrera, has been included as #1 in the Leadership & Vision category of the “Top 100 Influential Women Leaders in IP Law: Champions of Leadership, Innovation, and Global Influence 2025 Ranking” by Women’s IP World.
Also, WTR 1000 ranking recognized us as a Gold firm, with 5 of our lawyers ranked, and Adriana Barrera recommended as Latin America Anticounterfeiting expert.

We successfully conducted our first IP training of the year at Chancay Port, Lima, Peru—a newly opened port and a key location for LATAM and international trade. This seminar marks the beginning of our training program for 2025.
We thank the Customs Officials for their participation, as well as Mr. Fernando Valderrama and Mr. Jorge Portugal, Customs Representatives (SUNAT), for their valuable contributions to this training.

Recently, several seizures were carried out at Tacna (Peru) in coordination with Customs (SUNAT). As is known, it is a key area for combating the counterfeiting and piracy of goods, as it is a border city with Chile and Bolivia.
